Objectiu de la convocatòria
EU4Health is the fourth and largest of the EU health programmes. The EU4Health programme goes beyond an ambitious response to the COVID-19 crisis to address the resilience of European healthcare systems. The programme provides funding to national authorities, health organisations and other bodies through grants and public procurement, contributing to a healthier Europe.
HaDEA has published calls for proposals on cancer, mental health, health promotion and disease prevention and the use of AI in health, under the EU4Health Annual Work Programme 2024.

The Annex of the Annual Work Programme 2024 outlines the following priorities under this second wave for Call for proposals:
  • EU4H-2024-PJ-03-1 (DP-g-24- 25): Supporting a comprehensive, prevention-oriented approach to mental health in the Union
  • EU4H-2024-PJ-03-2– a/b/c (DP/CR-g-24-29): Health promotion and prevention of noncommunicable and communicable diseases
  • EU4H-2024-PJ-03-3 (CR-g-24-42): Radiation safety and quality of computed tomography imaging of children and young adults
  • EU4H-2024-PJ-03-4 (CR-g-24-99): Personalised Cancer Medicine

    Requisits
    The essential eligibility criteria of grants are specified in the calls for proposals.
    Grant applicants and partners shall meet the following selection criteria:
  • have stable and sufficient sources of funding to maintain their activity throughout the duration of the grant and to participate in its funding (‘financial capacity’);
  • have sufficient operational and professional capacities to implement the activities for which co-funding is requested (‘operational capacity’).
    Organisations participating in several projects shall have sufficient financial and operational capacity to implement multiple projects.
    The verification of the financial capacity shall not apply to international organisations and public bodies.
    The Commission will assess proposals based on the following award criteria:
  • relevance to the priorities of the call for proposals;
  • quality of the proposed action;
  • impact of the proposed action
