Objectiu de la convocatòria
Call included within Cluster 1 “Health” of Horizon Europe for the financing of collaborative projects, complementary actions and coordination through different topics or thematic areas. The following are the characteristics of the topics whose deadline for applications is September 16, 2025 and whose application process consists of two stages.

Característiques principals
Specifically, through these topics, research and innovation actions (RIA - Research and Innovation Actions) will be financed, structured in four different objectives (or targets):
Destination - Staying healthy in a rapidly changing society:
HORIZON-HLTH-2025-03-STAYHLTH-01-two-stage (RIA): Improving the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities and their families.
Destination - To live and work in an environment that promotes health:
HORIZON-HLTH-2025-03-ENVHLTH-01-two-stage (RIA): The impact of pollution on the development and progression of brain diseases and disorders.
HORIZON-HLTH-2025-03-ENVHLTH-02-two-stage (RIA): Advance the understanding of the impacts of micro- and nanoplastics on human health.
Destination - Address disease and reduce disease burden:
HORIZON-HLTH-2025-03-DISEASE-02-two-stage (RIA): Advance innovative interventions for mental, behavioral and neurodevelopmental disorders.
Destination - To maintain an innovative, sustainable and competitive EU healthcare industry:
HORIZON-HLTH-2025-03-IND-03-two-stage (RIA): Facilitate multinational clinical studies of orphan and/or highly innovative (“breakthrough”) products.

Requisits
Any legal entity belonging to a member or associated country of the EU may participate.
For Research and Innovation Actions (RIA) it will be necessary the formation of transnational consortia constituted by at least one entity legally established in an EU member state and two entities from member or associated countries.

Destino - Vivir y trabajar en un entorno que promueva la salud:
HORIZON-HLTH-2025-03-ENVHLTH-01-two-stage:presupuesto de 40M€ para la financiación de seis proyectos (6-7M€/ proyecto).
HORIZON-HLTH-2025-03-ENVHLTH-02-two-stage: presupuesto de 40M€ para la financiación de cinco proyectos (7-8M€/ proyecto).
Destino - Abordar las enfermedades y reducir la carga de morbilidad:
HORIZON-HLTH-2025-03-DISEASE-02-two-stage: presupuesto de 50M€ para la financiación de siete proyectos (6-8M€/ proyecto).
Destino - Mantener una industria sanitaria de la UE innovadora, sostenible y competitiva:

These topics have a two-phase application process:
Date for submission of proposals in first phase: September 16, 2025.
Date for submission of proposals in the second phase (only for those who pass the first phase): April 16, 2026.
Proposals are submitted electronically through the Participant Portal. Proposals have 2 parts:
Part A: Online forms to be filled in with the basic data of the proposal, including a summary, and with the administrative information of the applicant entity/s.
Part B: Scientific report, according to the template available in the Participant Portal:
Standard application form (HE RIA, IA). (see below)
