Requisits
Any legal entity from an EU Member State or an associated country can participate.
For RIA and IA Actions, consortia must be transnational, including at least one entity legally established in an EU Member State and two entities from Member or associated countries.
For CSA Actions, participation of one or more entities from EU Member or associated countries is required.
For PPI Actions, consortia must be transnational, including at least one entity from an EU Member State and two from Member or associated countries, with at least two "buyers" under public procurement rules—one from an EU Member State and one from a Member or associated country.

Documentació
The application form have two parts:
Part A (to be filled in directly online): Basic data of the proposal, the summarised budget and administrative information about the applicant organisations.
Part B (to be filled using the templates on the Portal): Technical description of the project.
Annexes and supporting documents will be directly available in the submission system and must be uploaded as PDF files. From the "Start Submission" section of the topic, the registration of the proposal can be initiated (the corresponding link for each topic can be found at the bottom of the page).

The call will open on 10 February 2026. Proposals must be submitted via the Funding & Tenders Portal by 17:00 CET on the deadline date.
