Call under Horizon Europe Cluster 1 'Health' for the funding of collaborative projects, complementary actions, and coordination actions across various topics, opening on 10 February 2027 with a single-stage submission process.

These topics are structured into five different objectives (or destinations):

Destination - Living and working in a health-promoting environment
HORIZON-HLTH-2027-01-ENVHLTH-02 (RIA): Integrating climate-related exposures into the human exposome and characterising its changes in response to climate change
HORIZON-HLTH-2027-01-ENVHLTHMISSCLIMA-03 (PCP): Tools and technologies to support health adaptation to climate change
Destination - Tackling diseases and reducing disease burden
HORIZON-HLTH-2027-01-DISEASE-05 (RIA): Development of novel small molecule antiviral therapeutics for pathogens with epidemic potential
HORIZON-HLTH-2027-01-DISEASE-06 (RIA): Development of monoclonal antibodies to prevent and treat infections from Flaviviruses
HORIZON-HLTH-2027-01-DISEASE-07 (RIA): Development of monoclonal antibodies to prevent and treat infections from Filo-, Nairo-, Phenui-, Picorna- and Toga viruses
HORIZON-HLTH-2027-01-DISEASE-08 (RIA): Development of innovative antimicrobials against pathogens resistant to antimicrobials

Destination - Ensuring equal access to innovative, sustainable, and high-quality healthcare
HORIZON-HLTH-2027-01-CARE-02 (RIA): Personalised approaches to reduce risks from Adverse Drug Reactions due to administration of multiple medications
Destination - Maintaining an innovative, sustainable, and competitive EU health industry
HORIZON-HLTH-2027-01-IND-01 (RIA): Development of cell-free protein synthesis platforms for discovery and/or production of biologicals

Requisits
Any legal entity from an EU Member State or an associated country can participate.
For RIA Actions, consortia must be transnational, including at least one entity legally established in an EU Member State and two entities from Member or associated countries.
For PPI Actions, consortia must be transnational, including at least one entity from an EU Member State and two from Member or associated countries, with at least two "buyers" under public procurement rules—one from an EU Member State and one from a Member or associated country.

Documentació
The application form have two parts:
Part A (to be filled in directly online): Basic data of the proposal, the summarised budget and administrative information about the applicant organisations.
Part B (to be filled using the templates on the Portal): Technical description of the project.
Annexes and supporting documents will be directly available in the submission system and must be uploaded as PDF files. From the "Start Submission" section of the topic, the registration of the proposal can be initiated (the corresponding link for each topic can be found at the bottom of the page).

The call will open on 10 February 2027. Proposals must be submitted via the Funding & Tenders Portal by 17:00 CET on the deadline date.
