Call under Horizon Europe Cluster 1 'Health' for the funding of collaborative projects, complementary actions, and coordination actions across various topics, opening on 10 February 2027 with a two-stage submission process.

These topics are structured into three different objectives (or destinations):

Destination - Tackling diseases and reducing disease burden
  • HORIZON-HLTH-2027-02-DISEASE-01-two-stage (RIA): Innovative healthcare interventions for non-communicable diseases
  • HORIZON-HLTH-2027-02-DISEASE-14-two-stage (RIA): Clinical trials for advancing innovative interventions for neurodegenerative diseases

    Destination - Developing and using new tools, technologies and digital solutions for a healthy society
  • HORIZON-HLTH-2027-02-TOOL-01-two-stage (RIA): Development of predictive biomarkers of disease progression and treatment response by using AI methodologies for chronic noncommunicable diseases

    Destination - Maintaining an innovative, sustainable, and competitive EU health industry
  • HORIZON-HLTH-2027-02-IND-02-two-stage (IA): Portable and versatile Point-of-care diagnostics

    Requisits
  • Any legal entity from an EU Member State or an associated country can participate.
  • For RIA and IA Actions, consortia must be transnational, including at least one entity legally established in an EU Member State and two entities from Member or associated countries.

    Documentació
    The application form have two parts:
  • Part A (to be filled in directly online): Basic data of the proposal, the summarised budget and administrative information about the applicant organisations.
  • Part B (to be filled using the templates on the Portal): Technical description of the project.

    Annexes and supporting documents will be directly available in the submission system and must be uploaded as PDF files. From the "Start Submission" section of the topic, the registration of the proposal can be initiated (the corresponding link for each topic can be found at the bottom of the page).
    • AVÍS IMPORTANT
    The call will open on 10 February 2027 and will follow a two-stage procedure. Proposals must be submitted via the Funding & Tenders Portal by 17:00 CET on the deadline date.
