HORIZON-MISS-2027-02-CANCER-03 (RIA): Phase 1 including first-in-human clinical trials to test biomarker-guided medicines or multimodal treatment interventions for patients with rare or very rare cancers or cancer subtypes
HORIZON-MISS-2027-02-CANCER-04 (RIA): Improving equitable health outcomes and added value for and with cancer patients through health-economics research, health systems research and outcomes research
HORIZON-MISS-2027-02-CANCER-05 (PCP): Precommercial procurement of affordable solutions for healthcare systems in the areas of cancer technologies, cancer medical devices, or cancer medicines

Requisits
Any legal entity from an EU Member State or an associated country can participate.
For RIA and IA Actions, consortia must be transnational, including at least one entity legally established in an EU Member State and two entities from Member or associated countries.
For CSA Actions, participation of one or more entities from EU Member or associated countries is required.
For PPI Actions, consortia must be transnational, including at least one entity from an EU Member State and two from Member or associated countries, with at least two "buyers" under public procurement rules—one from an EU Member State and one from a Member or associated country.

Documentació
The application form have two parts:
Part A (to be filled in directly online): Basic data of the proposal, the summarised budget and administrative information about the applicant organisations.
Part B (to be filled using the templates on the Portal): Technical description of the project.
Annexes and supporting documents will be directly available in the submission system and must be uploaded as PDF files. From the "Start Submission" section of the topic, the registration of the proposal can be initiated (the corresponding link for each topic can be found at the bottom of the page).
