Objectiu de la convocatòria
MSCA Staff Exchanges aims to strengthen international, inter-sectoral, interdisciplinary and cross-border collaboration in research and innovation (R&I) through the exchange of research staff between public and private organisations.

Requisits
  • Members: At least three independent legal entities.
  • Countries: Each entity must be established in a different country; at least two must be in different EU Member States or Horizon Europe Associated Countries.
  • Sectors: The consortium must include both academic and non-academic organisations.
  • Eligible staff include researchers at any career stage, as well as administrative, managerial, and technical personnel supporting the project’s R&I activities.

    The application form has two parts:
  • Part A (to be filled in directly online): basic data of the proposal, the summarised budget, and administrative information about the applicant organisations
  • Part B (to be filled using the templates on the Portal): technical description of the project

    Annexes and supporting documents will be directly available in the submission system and must be uploaded as PDF files. From the "Start Submission" section, the registration of the proposal can be initiated (the corresponding link can be found at the bottom of the page).

    Proposals must be submitted via the Funding & Tenders Portal by 17:00 CET on the deadline date.
