Objectiu de la convocatòria
The Global Health EDCTP3 Joint Undertaking aims to accelerate the development, evaluation, and implementation of new or improved health technologies for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of poverty-related and neglected infectious diseases, including emerging and re-emerging diseases, particularly those affecting sub-Saharan Africa (SSA).

Proposals are invited for the following topics:
  • HORIZON-JU-GH-EDCTP3-2026-01-TB-01-two-stage: Global collaboration action for the development of TB drugs for therapy and chemoprophylaxis in adults and children in sub-Saharan Africa (RIA)
  • HORIZON-JU-GH-EDCTP3-2026-01-LRTI-02-two-stage: Global collaboration action for prevention and treatment of Lower Respiratory Tract Infections (LRTIs) in sub-Saharan Africa (RIA)
  • HORIZON-JU-GH-EDCTP3-2026-01-HIV-03-two-stage: Global collaboration action towards better prevention, treatment and clinical management of HIV co-infections or co-morbidities in sub-Saharan Africa (RIA)
  • HORIZON-JU-GH-EDCTP3-2026-02-CH-01-two-stage: Global collaboration action on climate and health in sub-Saharan Africa (RIA)

    Requisits
    To be eligible for funding, applicants must be established in one of the following countries:
  • Member States of the European Union, including their outermost regions
  • Overseas Countries and Territories (OCTs) linked to the Member States
  • Non-EU countries associated with Horizon Europe
  • Low- and middle-income countries that are constituent states of the EDCTP Association

    Consortium composition:
  • At least three legal entities established in different countries, where the legal entities are eligible to receive funding
  • At least one independent legal entity established in a Member State or an associated country
  • At least one independent legal entity established in a sub-Saharan African (SSA) country that is a member of the EDCTP Association
