Objectiu de la convocatòria
The Innovative Health Initiative (IHI) is a public-private partnership aimed at translating health research and innovation into tangible benefits for patients and society.
Característiques principals
Call 12 is a single-stage, applicant-driven call comprising five topics, each aligned with one of the five IHI Specific Objectives:
  • HORIZON-JU-IHI-2026-12-SINGLE-STAGE-01 (RIA): Boosting innovation for a better understanding of the determinants of health
  • HORIZON-JU-IHI-2026-12-SINGLE-STAGE-02 (RIA): Boosting innovation through better integration of fragmented health R&I efforts
  • HORIZON-JU-IHI-2026-12-SINGLE-STAGE-03 (RIA): Boosting innovation for peopled centred integrated healthcare solutions
  • HORIZON-JU-IHI-2026-12-SINGLE-STAGE-04 (RIA): Boosting innovation through exploitation of digitalisation and data exchange in healthcare
  • HORIZON-JU-IHI-2026-12-SINGLE-STAGE-05 (RIA): Boosting innovation for better assessment of the added value of innovative integrated healthcare solutions

    Requisits
  • Applicant consortia must ensure that at least 45% of the action's eligible costs are provided by contributions from industry members, their constituent or affiliated entities, and contributing partners.
  • Proposals must be submitted by a collaborative public-private partnership consortium, consisting of at least one legal entity in an EU Member State and two entities from Member or associated countries.
  • Projects may cover the entire health innovation chain.
  • Activities should focus on pre-competitive research for novel tools, addressing an unmet public health need, and ensuring patient centricity.
  • Applications can only be submitted under one topic, and applicants must justify how their objectives align with the selected Specific Objective.

    Applicants should propose a duration that matches the proposed project's activities and expected outcomes and impacts.
