Objectiu de la convocatòria
ECCO Fellowships offer early-career researchers from all disciplines who are either under 40 years old or still in training the opportunity to conduct basic and/or clinical research in the field of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) at European centres other than their own.

Requisits
  • Applicants must be early-career researchers who are either under 40 years old at the submission deadline, or 40 years or older and within five years from the completion of their GI training or PhD graduation.
  • Both the applicant and their host supervisor need to be ECCO members.
  • At the time of application (and prior to the commencement of the fellowship), applicants must not be involved in or working on any research project at the future host institute.
  • Applicants may apply for only one ECCO Award category per annual call.
  • Recipients who have been awarded an ECCO Fellowship in the past cannot reapply.
  • The proposed study is expected to be completed within one year.
