Objectiu de la convocatòria
This grant program supports early-career researchers applying innovative, high-risk approaches to advance human immunology, vaccine discovery, and immunotherapy for major global diseases.
Característiques principals
While the program focuses on research in immunology, vaccine, and immunotherapy discovery, applicants from the full spectrum of related disciplines—including clinical research, biochemistry, molecular biology, protein engineering, computer science, artificial intelligence and machine learning, biophysics, nanotechnology, microbiome research, tropical medicine, and environmental health—are also encouraged to apply.

Requisits
  • Research proposals must focus on human immunology and vaccine development.
  • Applicants must be early-career researchers, including postdoctoral fellows, clinical fellows (residents and interns), doctoral students, and other researchers currently in training positions.
  • Applicants must be 35 years of age or under.
  • Applicants must be employed by or affiliated with an eligible organization, including academia, biotechnology companies, foundations, governmental and non-governmental organizations, and research institutes.
