This grant program supports independent real world research evaluating the safety, effectiveness, and implementation of elranatamab in Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma (RRMM).

Clinical Area: Oncology – Hematologic – RES
Projects should focus on:
Safety and efficacy of elranatamab in real-world use
Optimal treatment sequencing, including the impact of prior therapies (BsAb, CAR-T, ADC) and washout periods on T-cell fitness and elranatamab outcomes
Characterization and clinical management of long-term immunosuppression and infectious risk, including immunoglobulin (Ig) replacement protocols
Outpatient administration of elranatamab in real-world practice and CRS/ICANS mitigation strategies, including impacts on quality of life and healthcare resource utilization
Real-world implementation of elranatamab delivery in community settings, focusing on strategies that overcome operational barriers while maintaining patient safety, quality of care, and equitable access
Identification of clinical and biological features of refractoriness, early or late response, and relapse after elranatamab, as well as development of response biomarkers

Requisits
The PI must have a medical or postdoctoral degree (MD, PhD, or equivalent), an advanced nursing degree (BSN with a MS/PhD), or a degree in Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, or Social Work.
The applicant must be the project/program lead—or an authorized designee—and must be an employee or contractor of the requesting organization.
Only organizations can receive grants; individuals are not eligible.
Organizations must be based in China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Turkey and the United Kingdom.
For collaborative projects, whether within a single institution or across multiple organizations, all partners must have relevant roles, and the requesting organization must play a key role.
