Objectiu de la convocatòria
The annual António Champalimaud Vision Award will be presented in 2015 to groups with outstanding contributions towards the prevention and alleviation of blindness and visual impairment, primarily in developing countries. The award is directed to groups actively involved in fighting blindness and visual impairment in the field, and is based on the candidate’s accomplishments. |

Candidate entry forms must be completed by either a Candidate Group itself or a Nominator. Nominations should fill the entry form and include in your report of the Group’s activities (either a text, brochure or annual report) and up to three supporting letters by people not affiliated with the organizations with which the candidates are involved. All materials must be submitted print typed in English, both in paper and disk/digital form (word.dot or adobe.pdf format). |
