FEBS Long-Term Fellowships are awarded to support long-term visits for the purpose of scientific collaboration or advanced training. These Fellowships are originally granted for one year and may be renewed for a further year up to a maximum of three years. Applications must be aimed at furthering the science of biochemistry and molecular biology.

Requisits
  • Applicants must have a PhD and should normally be scientists with no more than three years post-doctoral experience.
  • In order to be eligible to apply for a Long-Term Fellowship, applicants need to be members of a FEBS Constituent Society, to be working in a laboratory in a FEBS country and to be seeking to work in a laboratory in a different FEBS country.
  • Past holders of a Long-Term Fellowship may not apply for another Long-Term Fellowship

  • Dotació
    The amount of the Fellowship will depend on the cost of living in the country visited and will include travelling expenses for the Fellow and his/her dependants.
    The annual stipends for fellows starting their fellowship in 2016 can be found at the Stipends document.
    Durada
    One year, renewable for up to three years.

    AVÍS IMPORTANT
