Objectiu de la convocatòria
Award for researchers who have made outstanding clinical or scientific/research contribution in the field of IPF and who is pursuing an active research project in the same field (including basic science, pathophysiology, epidemiology, prevention, clinical practice, diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation).

Requisits
  • Original research should not have been previously sponsored by pharmaceutical industries.
  • 60 years of age or under at the time of the application deadline.
  • Must not be a previous Gold Medal awardee or have received any other ERS award or grant in the last three years.
  • Active ERS Membership.
  • Mandatory attendance at the ERS International Congress for the Opening Ceremony.
  • ERS current Officers, staff members and consultants are not eligible for the ERS Gold Medals and other funding programmes (with the exception for Group Chairs, Group Secretaries, Associate Editors, National Delegates, Long-Range Planning Committees, Tobacco Control Committee, Environment and Health Committee, and Internal Auditors, provided that they are not officers in another committee).
