Requisits
Active ERS Membership at the time of the application.
Must be an active researcher.
Aged 50 years old or below (taking into consideration any work hiatus period which will be deducted to calculate the career-age).
Must not have received any other ERS award or grant in the past three years (please refer to the ERS Past Awards Eligibility Guidelines 2022).
Must not be a previous ERS Gold Medal or Mid-Career Gold Medal award winner.
Members of the ERS Science Council, Executive Committee and Fellowships and Awards Working Group members are not eligible for the ERS Mid-Career Gold Medal.
Attendance to the ERS International Congress is highly encouraged.
The research project put forward for funding should not have been previously sponsored by pharmaceutical industry. *
