Objectiu de la convocatòria
The Prémio BIAL de Medicina Clínica seeks to recognize an intellectual, original work on any freely chosen medical topic on clinical practice.
Característiques principals
Only works nominated by the voting members of the Jury, by the members of the Scientific Board of the BIAL Foundation, by previous BIAL Foundation award winners or by Scientific Societies may be considered candidates for the BIAL AWARD IN BIOMEDICINE 2023. However, the Jury may also invite other scientific institutions to submit nominations.

Dotació
The BIAL AWARD IN BIOMEDICINE 2023 consists of a € 300,000.00, monetary prize and a certificate.

Submissions for nominations must be written in English
The nomination form (available at www.fundacaobial.com) shall be completed and sent in a PDF format, without restrictions, to fundacao@bial.com and include each of the following information and materials:
  • Nominator’s name(s) and contact details
  • A full copy of the work
  • A description of the work that facilitates its analysis in the context of this award, including:
    1. the work’s main contributions (maximum 500 words)The
    2. the work’s measurable pact (maximum 500 words)
  • The name of each author or authors of the work, his/her/their institutional affiliation(s) and, if available, telephone and e-mail contactsThe name of each author or authors of the work, his/her/their institutional affiliation(s) and, if available, telephone and e-mail contacts
