BRAIN & BEHAVIOR RESEARCH FOUNDATION
The Brain & Behavior Research Foundation is the largest philanthropic organization dedicated to research across all brain and behavior disorders (not disease specific). Recipients of NARSAD Grants represent an extraordinary variety of disciplines. Research has included (but is not limited to) studies in: genetics, neurobiology, molecular biology, imaging, neurochemical studies, neurophysiology, electrophysiology, clinical psychopharmacology, descriptive clinical studies, epidemiological research, treatment modalities, cognition studies, and outcome and prevention research.

CONSORCI MAR PARC DE SALUT DE BARCELONA
Amb la voluntat de fomentar la cultura de la innovació de l'entorn del Parc de Salut MAR (PSMAR), en el marc del Institut Hospital del Mar d'Investigacions Mèdiques (IMIM), institut acreditat com a Institut d'Investigació Sanitaria (IIS), es convoca el Primer Concurs d'Innovació amb el suport de Roche.
Aquesta acció que vol ser integradora permetrà la participació, no només dels professionals del PSMAR sinó també dels usuaris.

INNOVATIVE MEDICINES INITIATIVE
IMI is a partnership between the European Union and the European pharmaceutical industry, represented by the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA).
The goal of the Innovative Medicines Initiative 2 (IMI 2) is to develop next generation vaccines, medicines and treatments, such as new antibiotics. It will build on the successes and lessons learnt under IMI. Like IMI, it will bring together companies, universities, public laboratories, innovative small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), patient groups and regulators in collaborative projects that will pave the way for breakthrough vaccines, medicines and treatments to tackle Europe’s growing health challenges, and secure the future international competitiveness of Europe’s pharmaceutical industry.

The ADDF seeks to fill the critical translational funding gap between basic research and later stage drug development by funding promising drug discovery and development programs. In addition to funding academic programs, the ADDF also invests in and creates early stage biotechnology companies. The ADDF also co-sponsors conferences to stimulate new ideas and approaches in areas of interest to the Foundation.
