The European Commission has issued two short videos with basic information on Lump sum proposals:

Please note that Lump sums will require an earlier and closer interaction with the Research Grants and Contracts Office. Therefore, we are implementing a new circuit for Horizon Europe proposals: if you are participating in a Horizon Europe call, please contact Carol Barnwell (cbarnwell@researchmar.net) as soon as possible, so we can determine if your proposal follows a lump sum scheme or not. In case it is a lump sum, it will be necessary to schedule a meeting with the RGCO in which we will explain in detail how lump sums work and how we can help you.
