The goal of Individual Fellowships is to enhance the creative and innovative potential of experienced researchers wishing to diversify their individual competence in terms of skill acquisition at multi- or interdisciplinary level through advanced training, international and intersectoral mobility.

Support is foreseen for individual, trans-national fellowships awarded to the best or most promising researchers for employment in EU Member States or Associated Countries, based on an application made jointly by the researcher and host organisation in the academic or non-academic sectors.

WORLDWIDE CANCER RESEARCH
The goal of the Worldwide Cancer Research (formerly known as AICR) is to support research that might in future help reduce the incidence of cancer or improve cancer survival. The grants support fundamental or translational research into the causes, mechanisms, diagnosis, treatment or prevention of cancer. This remit is usually interpreted conservatively.
WCR does not support clinical research, including clinical trials, patient care, nursing or healthcare delivery research. It also does not support other types of applied cancer research such as policy, public health or psychosocial research.
Proposals that contain a small clinical element as an essential part of a basic or translational research project are often permitted, but you are advised to contact the Head of Research Helen Rippon (HelenR@worldwidecancerresearch.org) for advice before submitting your proposal.

CONFEDERACIÓN ESPAÑOLA DE AGRUPACIONES DE FAMILIARES Y PERSONAS CON ENFERMEDAD MENTAL
El Premi Jaime Albert Solana reconeix de forma pública des de fa més de 15 anys la labor realitzada per institucions i particulars quant a accions i recerques que afavoreixen el coneixement de la malaltia mental en el camp sanitari, social, laboral i/o legal així com que propicien la millora de la imatge social de les persones amb problemes de salut mental.
En aquesta ocasió, el Premi reconeixerà aquells projectes, estudis o actuacions enfocades a la recuperació de les persones amb malaltia mental, al coneixement sobre aquest tipus de patologies o a l'eradicació de l'estigma i la discriminació associats a les persones amb problemes de salut mental.
