L'objectiu d'aquesta modalitat és donar el suficient temps perquè el becat iniciï i finalitzi un projecte de recerca clínic o clínic-traslacional en càncer de mama.
Aquesta modalitat està especialment indicada per a projectes amb un fort caràcter de recerca. Es permet que hi hagi un component assistencial, però aquest no ha de sobrepassar el 20% del temps dedicat a la recerca.

En aquesta convocatòria es donarà prioritat a projectes centrats en càncer de mama, càncer de pulmó, i hepatocarcinoma.

Action is needed now to avoid a generation gap that would severely compromise future European excellence in diabetes research.
