THE NESTLE FOUNDATION
The Nestlé Foundation supports asic and applied research in nutrition.
At present the Foundation's work is primarily concerned with human nutrition research issues dealing with:
  • maternal and child nutrition, including breastfeeding and complementary feeding,
  • macro- and micronutrient deficiencies and imbalances,
  • interactions between infection and nutrition, and
  • nutrition education and health promotion

    RSNA - RADIOLOGICAL SOCIETY OF NORTH AMERICA
    Recognizing that there are instances when the educational needs of an international institution are best served by having an individual faculty member study at a North American institution, the RSNA Committee on International Radiology Education (CIRE), established the RSNA Derek Harwood-Nash International Fellowship.
    The CIRE has developed a roster of host academic centers in the US and Canada where fellows may observe procedures and participate in conferences relating to their area(s) of special interest.

    Fomentar la investigació científica i educativa en Alimentació, Nutrició i Salut i promoure la labor científica desenvolupada en les àrees de l'Alimentació, Nutrició i Salut en els seus aspectes bàsic, clínic i aplicat.
    S'acceptaran aquelles propostes en relació amb qualsevol dels següents camps d'activitat: nutrició clínica, metabolisme, epidemiologia, genètica i biologia molecular, i ciència i tecnologia dels aliments. En la concessió d'una de les dues ajudes es donarà preferència a les propostes que, tenint en compte l'anterior, tinguin com objectiu els beneficis per a la salut associats al consum de iogurt.
