The European Association for the Study of the Liver is a major European Association with international influence dedicated to the liver and liver disease. EASL has over 4,000 members from all over the world and provides an annual platform, The International Liver Congress™, for 11,000 liver experts to meet and discuss latest scientific research.

The purpose of this fellowship is to encourage biomedical research in the field of paediatric and adult genetic cholestatic diseases sharing mutual disease-causing mechanisms.

COMISSIÓ EUROPEA

The Federation of European Neuroscience Societies (FENS) is the main organisation for neuroscience in Europe. FENS currently represents 42 European national and mono-disciplinary neuroscience societies with close to 23.000 member scientists from 32 European countries.

Aquesta beca buscarà premiar el sol·licitant que vulgui desenvolupar en la seva organització sanitària una idea de projecte innovador que millori la gestió.
Aquesta millora de gestió podrà ser tant de recursos humans, materials, medicaments, protocols o qualsevol altre àmbit; i per organització s'entendran centres d'atenció primària, hospitals o altres complexos assistencials sanitaris, tant públics com privats.
L'execució del projecte innovador, podrà fer-se tant de manera individualitzada com col·lectiva, en un mateix servei o comptant amb la col·laboració de diversos serveis dins o fora de la pròpia organització.

L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és fomentar les activitats de recerca de qualitat en entitats públiques i privades sense finalitat de lucre, en les àrees de recerca de possibles estratègies terapèutiques concretes en el camp de les Distròfies Hereditàries de la Retina.

This competitive PhD student Research Fellowship programme is directed at young graduates who want to achieve a PhD degree in the field of basic, translational or clinical Hepatology. Applicants must hold a M.Sc. or M.D. or equivalent degree of eligibility to access a PhD studentship or be expected to receive this within the next 6 months.
